I was going to wait to post this as I'm not done with my makeup shopping yet. Still have a gift certificate to use up. Here goes anyway. This whole thing cost me a big fat buck.

-Benefit eyeshadow in Me, Myself & I: boyfriend gave it to me for Christmas. Looked pinker in the store. As it is, it's a lovely shimmery champagne colour. About the same depth as MAC Brule but shimmery like MAC Shroom. I like it better than both Shroom and Brule.

-MAC eyeshadow in Nocturnelle: Christmas gift from in-laws. I've loved it ever since my makeover at MAC. It's a beautiful shimmery pinky reddish purple colour. Plum, I guess. Would look great with green eyes. See explanation further down...

-MAC mascara in Twisted Tulip and MAC shadow in Melton Mauve: got them with a gift certificate (this is where I spent the buck). The Twisted Tulip is a dark purply pink colour. It doesn't look like too much colour. The MA had put it on me during the makeover (as well as the Melton Mauve). The Melton Mauve I got because of the MAs suggestion. I was hesitating between Greensmoke, Melton Mauve, and Laven-dah. The MA said that the redder one (i.e. Melton Mauve) would look best with GREEN eyes. Ahem. My eyes are hazel. NOT green. By the way, I was wearing Nocturnelle that day... I let you draw your own conclusions...
