Okay...things have leveled off.
I would say my skin is better because of my new diet. It's still not perfect. The thing is this...I'm still wondering what's causing adult acne. I've been able to reduce mine, significantly, but of course I still remember my "old" skin. Until I actually see that old skin again, that means there are other factors that I'm clueless about.

Interesting. I'm doing a sort of diet. What it boils down to, is you eat lots and lots of fresh salad and fruits and vegetables, some lean meat and fish, and very little refined starch--bread, rice, potatoes, pasta--and very little sugar.
I'm not exactly going whole hog on the diet...I don't need to lose much weight...but, my skin has definitely improved. It's been less than a week and it's noticeable.
I had read that in a couple of places...that some people think it's "processed foods" that cause acne. (Also explaining why it's seemingly only American and Canadian adults who suffer from it.) That's a rather general term, but cutting the refined starches and sugar--has made my skin almost perfect again.
It's not as awful as it sounds. :) Anyhow I'll be posting about it in the Diet Blog.
