First of all, congrats to you Carol! I know how it feels to fit into smaller clothes. Especially after having gained weight.

Second of all, I'm NOT an engineer. Pffff! I'm a mathematician, thank you very much :) Ok, granted, still a geek. And my boyfriend is also a geek (he's the engineer). But we're both very fashion conscious for some reason. I've been like that since I was a kid. My parents laugh at me because I match my underwear to my outerwear. Still don't get that since you'd look ridiculous with a black bra underneath a white shirt... Anyhoo, maybe I should've gone into marketing. I would have looked the part a little more :) As it is, I'm the most dressed up developer at work...

250$ CAN must be something like 150$ US? Not sure 'bout that. The canadian $ must be worth about 72 cents US right now. It's not a lot for suede. The reason I need to think about it for a very long time before buying a suede/leather coat is that I most likely wouldn't buy a 250$ coat. I would most likely want a coat from Rudsak which is a leather designer... Uh, yeah. A teeny bit more expensive... And then there's the fact that if I were to pay that much for a coat, it would have to be a pretty classic coat so that it could last me a while. And right now, I have a hankering for something less classic. Saw some really cool jean coats when I was shopping. Anyhow, that's the dilemma. Still neeed to think about it...
