Wow!!!!!!!! That is stupendous. :) I mean it is healthy...overweight is much more of a health issue than has been admitted, much, in our media. It's been politicized, even glamorized...which I've tried to keep off the site. Health is health. And once you've damaged your health, it is very, very hard to get it back again.

Aside from that though...ooooooooh! I'll bet you look foxy. I for one think it's worthwhile to get a few more pairs of those jeans. If it feels good, it is good.

*g* I match my underwear to my clothes. Not perfectly match, just generally...I'm wearing my oatmeal-colored Gap socks today. Normally I don't buy Gap socks...they're sterling socks, they last for years, etc. Hum. I might get into buying Gap socks someday, the old man wears them. I've been doing the Costco six-pack sock thing, then last time I caved and got colored Target socks.

Anyhow that means that purple underwear is out of the question. Right? lol

Hummm...$150 is good for a leather jacket. Well for me the thing is...there are two kinds of leather jackets. One is the durable kind. The other is the decorative, suede kind. I have some decorative ones...a Western style, with fringes...and something like a baseball jacket, but suede.

Durable is actually harder to find. Lessee...I own a few. One is very, very old. It's part leather and part cloth. I also have one with a sheepskin collar. The pride of my jackets though, is one that's been deliberately distressed.

It reminds me somehow of the one Chris Noth wore in the original Law and Order. Okay it sounds nuts but I always loved that guy's coat. Now his was long, brown, it looked old...oh yeah!

Mine isn't any of those things...it's shorter, distressed, darker brown...but I get that lovely "old jacket" feeling and it looks great. Better than new-looking.
