grumbles I haven't had a chance to make anything new lately. I was very sick today (see the Health Blog if interested)...
I'm working on a new earring design. I have one earring semi-finished. The idea here is color...rather than using, say, semi-precious stones, or even plain glass, I have a combination of a crystal with glass, all intensely colored a sort of teal green. The color stands out even from a distance. I'm not happy with the glass part yet though. I put four teal-green glass flower beads on simple loops and did the same "attach charms to a chain" thing. I'd like to see if it would look better adding tiny green seed beads to the charms.
