The rose quartz was starting to get grimy. Wasn't sure how to clean it, since usually you don't want moisture/humidity getting on your sterling silver (it causes tarnishing).
Finally decided to wash it in warm water and baby wash (Johnson & Johnson Head to Toe, which I always have on hand anyway since I use it as a facial cleanser, makeup brush wash, etc.). The logic here is that babies get dirty easily (I've had a couple, it's definitely true) and even though J & J HTT is mild, it's also extremely effective at dissolving dirt and grime.
It came out a treat; I dried it off immediately after washing it. Got the grime off without me having to brush it (I didn't want to do that for fear of scratching the piece).
