Socks by Target

Sometimes you are looking for a cheap thrill. :)

When I get that feeling, I tend to buy socks. I'm not a true collector of socks, granted, but I always check out the sock department wherever I shop. If it's good, I'll remember it for future sock purchases.

Target currently has the best and most interesting selection. At one point they started carrying a variety of socks made in Korea. This pair imo was the best--the coffee/teddy bear design is woven on both sides of each sock. They're around 70-some percent cotton, they're comfortable, you can wear them anywhere you wear socks.

Other pairs included monkeys and bananas; kittens; puppies; and so forth.

IIRC they were $3/pair making them slightly pricy for a pair of socks but inexpensive for buying something practical and entertaining.

Socks by Target

Who says socks have to be black or white or grey?

I saw these luscious babies at Target as well. Cheaper than the bear socks, albeit lower in quality (I think the Korean-made socks are the best; these were made in Colombia). But, the beautiful colors...

I have two other pairs, denim blue and a lighter blue, that were in the wash when I took this photo.

These have pima cotton in them. Very, very soft. $2/pair.
