Using Teflon tape

Here's a quick tip. I'm no plumber, mind you, but it stands to reason that it would work.

When using Teflon tape, apply the tape in a counter-clockwise direction. This is because the fitting you're going to screw on, would be screwed on in a counter-clockwise direction.
