Yes! USPS still does this.

The first step is to go to the USPS Postal Explorer site.

Find Quick Service Guides, scroll down to "600 Basic Standards for All Mailing Services," click the Nondenominated Postage link.

You should get a nice page with pictures of each nondenominated stamp and its value.
