Yes! USPS still does this.
The first step is to go to the USPS Postal Explorer site.
Find Quick Service Guides, scroll down to "600 Basic Standards for All Mailing Services," click the Nondenominated Postage link.
You should get a nice page with pictures of each nondenominated stamp and its value.

A site I've been checking out is eHow.
Unlike a few other sites like it, I have found this site to be genuinely useful. It features some how-to's and then a section for user-contributed tips. The user tips can be more helpful than the articles...and it isn't choked with ads. It has some ads but it's not a chore to find the content.
