

Though the stated notes are exotic—crystallized orange pulp, red ginger, amaretto, copahu balm, mahogany wood, myrrh, sandalwood—to me, Bois de Copaiba is the haughty, old-fashioned smell of shaving soap, brush and all. A soapy woodsy masculine scent, fit for Jeeves and Wooster. This is what "getting into the tweeds" must be like.
