Grey flannel is pretty stuffy material for materials, like very plain English tweeds for country sports. Leave it to an independent French designer ($635) to make it seem really, really cool (if you looked it up in a dictionary, "cool" under the category of fashion would be: "independent French style"—playing with semantics, fun). There's a lot going on: the dropped shoulders, the miltary-inspired epaulets, the slant pockets, the rolled sleeves, the flared collar (I have no idea what the technical term for this is... but I'm sure the person who designed it does, and that's good enough). And yet, it's fairly under the radar: you could wear it with just about anything.
