This is a smooth, creamy eyepencil, not too waxy, not too smudgy. It's smoother than the same pencil in the shade Istanbul. It's a darkling deep and dusky shade of olive, the green sits on a dark base, and it's overlaid with gold shimmer to bring it back to the light. Very pretty, and probably flattering on everyone.
That said, it's still quite a basic eyeliner pencil. For $18. You've got to be kidding me.
