This is a pencil liner with a bit of a gel consistency. It's cool going on. I happen to not like that but it's not too bad with this product. The pencil is a bit chubby so it's hard to get a nice sharp line. It does go on very smoothly though and has decent staying power on me, about the same as a MAC khol or even a bit better.
The colour is a very slightly shimmery aqua as the name suggests. Very pretty and similar to MAC Blue Peep Fluidline but more shimmery.
I wouldn't say this is an excellent product but it's very good for the price. A good cheap thrill!
