and I am soooo happy, happy, happy about it!!
I wish I had a digital camera so I could post a pic of it.
My hair was past my bra-strap. Now, the longest layer just barely grazes my shoulders and its all flippy and layered. As the girl was cutting it she says to me "I know what this haircut is, its a grown-out Jennifer Anistion on Friends about 3 years ago."
Great.
At least Im 3 years past trendy!
I told her I wanted it to my shoulders, with some long layers in the back and shorter layers up front. The shortest layers at my face start just below my cheekbones and then are graduated down.
It looks fabulous and I look 10 years younger and 10 pounds lighter. I walked in the door and the kiddos went "WHOA! We've got a new mom!"
Hubby wasn't too happy about the idea, until he saw the results and I told him I'd keep it colored light, maybe even go blonde, now that its short.
I love it. I should have done this along time ago. I also got new glasses today, so it was like "Makeover Mom Thursday" here.

please have the DH take a photo and get it run at your local 1 hour place and ask them if they can burn it to cd..... would be fabulous to see the new you!

Mmmmm...that sounds great.
I like having "shorter" hair or more of a defined style.
You should get a digicam! The prices now are good. I think you can get a decent one for a couple hundred bucks...the same kind that cost $600 a few years back
