Log-in problems typically have to do with cookies. So the first step would be to clear your LP cookies (this will automatically log you out). You may use the LP cookie tool:
If you're using Firefox, you can do the same thing by going to Tools on the menu, then:
Options Privacy Show Cookies
Delete all cookies containing the text thebroadroom.net, like this:
If you're using IE, it's rather involved if you're trying to delete cookies from a specific domain, rather than deleting all of your cookies (which would log you out of every site you've made a cookie for). So I would recommend option #1, the LP "cookie tool."
Once your LP cookies are gone, clear your browser cache and refresh your screen using the refresh icon (or hit F5).
Now try logging in.
If it won't work, you can then try the reset password option (this works only if you're logged out):
This will email you a temporary password. But make sure you've cleared your LP cookies, emptied the browser cache and refreshed the screen before trying the new password.
